- Your email address
- The message content you provide
This site does not use analytics, tracking cookies, or third-party advertising scripts. No information is collected simply by browsing the site.
How your information is used
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry, and are never sold, shared, or used for marketing purposes.
Confidentiality in couples work
Standard therapist-client confidentiality applies, with one important note for couples: information shared individually (e.g. in an individual intake session) is generally treated as part of the shared couples record unless a specific no-secrets policy exception is discussed and agreed upon in advance. This is explained fully before intake sessions begin.
Data retention
Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. Clinical records for clients are retained according to Colorado state requirements for licensed marriage & family therapists.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of any information held about you by reaching out directly via the contact form or email.
